techniques to create large building signage.
• This sign was created for a building supplier company and required
modern laser cutting techniques combined with durable outdoor grade
acrylic material processing.
• This signage project was completed in 2 processes including laser
cutting acrylic, and involved our graphic artists setting 2 different cut
files including the face vinyl graphics & colours. Laser cutting speed variables
were controlled to give perfect edge to edge signage.
• Time to manufacture 8 days.
• Shipping available ready to place onto wall.
• This sign could be easily installed by a general handyperson or
tradesman.
• Onsite, a scaled layout was supplied and reduced the installation
time to approx. 4 hours.

• Face stock: 16mm Clear Acrylic - high gloss
• Depth created using 16mm clear acrylic
• Rear color created using online colour system, bright green. Color is applied so that sides of clear acrylic transmit
light and create a fantastic depth and feel.
• This signage project was completed in 2 processes including laser
cutting very thick acrylic at low speed, vinyl cutting the reverse
colour and
involved our graphic artists setting 2 different cut files including
the rear vinyl graphics colours. Inlines and outlines were used.
• Time to manufacture 6 days.
