The above image shows a combination of signwriting
techniques to create elegant reception signage.
• Face stock: 1.6mm Stainless Steel - high gloss
• Depth created using 16mm clear acrylic
• Rear color created using online colour system, spicy red and and
Reflex Blue. Color is applied so that sides of clear acrylic
transmit light and create a fantastic depth and feel.
• Rear part 4. 12mm Laser cut blocks are mounted to the wall and
rear of sign giving appearance of reception sign being set 'apart'
from the wall. This is a fantastic effect.
• This signage project was completed in 6 processes including laser
cutting stainless steel, laser cutting acrylic, laser cutting rear
blocks and involved our graphic artists setting 4 different cut
files including the rear vinyl graphics colours. Inlines and
outlines were used. Kerf values and laser cutting speed variables
were controlled to give perfect edge to edge signage.
